Doula

• 3 x 2 hour private one to one antenatal sessions, taking place in the comfort of your own home covering all aspects of labour, birth & beyond and if applicable, time to reflect on previous pregnancies/births
• Active Birth positions
• Principles of Hypnobirthing
• Rebozo techniques 
• Video recordings with yoga positions in preparation for birth
• Time to consider your birth preferences and desires
• Guidance in navigating the maternity system
• On call for the birth 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from38 weeks until your baby arrives
• Advise and support available via phone, or email from time of booking until 6 weeks post birth
• Continuity of care throughout your labour and birth
• Guidance with the first feed and what to expect in the following hours and days
• 1 postnatal visit usually within 10 days of the birth, taking time to reflect on your experience and giving you an opportunity to ask any questions you may have about your recovery or general questions around the baby's needs and what to expect in those early weeks. I will offer a massage at this visit
• Additional visits can be arranged if required
