Nest of Nourishment is locatd at Polka Dot, a family home which was created with yoga in mind. It has taken many years of patience and perseverance to get here, but we are now humbled to be able to welcome you into our dream. Nest of Nourishment is a family business, so when you visit, you might bump into my partner Tom or hear noises made by my children (hopefully happy ones!).

 

Nestled atop a valley in the heart of Mid-Devon, Polka Dot has far reaching views, overlooking Dartmoor and Cadbury Castle. This unique elevation provides a lovely panorama from which to undertake your practice. We are lucky to enjoy amazing sunsets and sunrises from here.

 

 

Nest of Nourishment offers a lovely outdoor practice space (weather permitting) and a generous kitchen/ dining room used for yoga meals and workshops. We also look after a vegetable garden, which provides an abundance of organic produce that can be enjoyed. We are even working on creating our own woodland in which to find your own peaceful space amongst the abundance of local birdsong.
